Mike Alexander Dies Inc is a premier manufacturer of both Rotary and Flat Steel Cutting Dies as well as Flexographic printing plates. In business since 1984, Mike Alexander Dies serves packaging and printing customers in the south and midwest. From our locations in Louisville, Kentucky we provide customers with products of exceptional quality with short lead times at competitive prices.
Craftsmanship is a given. Mike Alexander Dies utilizes state-of-the-art CNC equipment to produce products of consistent quality by continually reducing process variation. DEDICATED TO SERVING YOU
Mike Alexander Dies, Inc, is dedicated to servicing the corrugated and folding carton industry, as well as providing bent rule, burn only, and waterjet rubber cutting services. In-house EDM services allow us to efficiently produce custom perf and combination rule.
We employ a professional, full service sales staff that provide "hands on" service to our customers. Our sales staff is experienced in CAD design and the manufacturing of our cutting dies, as well as capable of training the press operator in optimization of use.
We utilize Artios and Impact CAD software, which allows us to import most file formats. Dies can also be created from faxed drawings, samples and verbal instructions.
